Austin Health is delighted to extend an invitation to tender for the Austin Health HRH Boilers Replacement Project. In light of funding availability, the scope of this project has been updated for this re-release. Specifically, we now specify the use of the Tomlinson 6MW John Thompson SDGL6 Steam Boilers as our preferred choice. Additionally, we require suppliers to utilize a provided price breakdown template, in the Mechanical Services Specification LCE23417-MSpec-T2, for consistent pricing submissions.

Austin Health is seeking a supplier who can replace the two end-of-life boilers with the Tomlinson 6MW John Thompson SDGL6 Steam Boilers. This supplier should also handle or subcontract the necessary building works related to the boiler replacement project. A comprehensive outline of the project scope of works can be found in the tender documents.

Note: Tenderers are required to submit financials only in Vol1 Part2 and the price Schedules in the Mechanical Services Specification LCE23417-MSpec-T2. Please do not enter lumpsum or breakdown amounts in any other section of the tender documents.
