Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking expressions of interest from Australian industry to support future Australian Defence capabilities in the Land environment. Previous Defence experience is not essential but prior experience in suitable equivalent environment is desirable.

BDA encourages Australian suppliers interested in providing goods and services to support these opportunities to register an Expression of Interest (EOI) below.

BDA is currently seeking expressions of interest relevant to the following Australian Defence Force programs:

• - LAND200 Phase 3 LAND200 Phase 3 Battlefield Command System Integration Services project (the 'Project').

The Project is scoped to deliver the next generation of battlefield command and control capabilities to allow the Australian Defence Force to securely share information, and effectively plan and conduct operations with partners.

The Project will deliver the necessary scope elements via two tranches - LAND200 Phase 3 Tranche 1 and LAND 200 Phase 3 Tranche 2:

• - Tranche 1 will deliver BMS-C2 software applications used for command and control by commanders at all levels within headquarters and protected mobility vehicles. The BMS-C2 applications will be installed on strategic and deployable networks (such as the Defence Secret Environment and Mission Partner Environment) and within a subset of the land vehicle fleets (such as the Bushmaster, Hawkei, the Medium Heavy Capability and G-Wagon vehicles); and
• - Tranche 2 will continue to expand and evolve the Battlefield Command System capability supported by the Systems Integrator. This will involve BMS-C2 provision and integration across the broader Land vehicle fleets and some discrete elements of the maritime and littoral fleets; and provision of a BMS-C2 for use by the Dismounted Combatant. Tranche 2 is also scoped to conduct the evolution of the Tactical Communications Network through a range of deliverables intended to improve security, interoperability and resilience.
