The Town of Cottesloe is seeking the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the upgrade of existing CT10 staircase in accordance with the attached IFC (Issued for Construction) Detailed Design drawing. The submitter to provide two pricing schedules and included within submissions as per the options below:

Option A: Full scope of works for construction of the staircase including the supply of composite fibre materials

Option B: Full scope of works for construction of the staircase excluding the supply of composite fibre materials

The Composite Fibre Material (CFT) and other materials to be supplied shall be in accordance with the attached IFC drawing specification.
