Tender Description
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking expressions of interest for the design and construction of an all-abilities playground at Celebrity Tree Park in Kununurra.
As part of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process, the Shire is requesting concept proposals based on the Shire’s EOI brief, which in summary includes the design and construction of an all-abilities play space inclusive of; playground equipment, softscaping, hardscaping, toilet and ACROD parking facilities (provisional item) and a 6-month maintenance period.
The Shire’s evaluation will shortlist preferred EOI Respondents for a detailed restricted tender process.
Clarification of EOI details must be in writing and sought via the respondents tendering portal account, prior to 2:00pm, Friday 3 November 2023.
Submissions must be submitted via the respondents tendering portal.
The Deadline for submissions is 2:00 pm (WST), Friday 10 November 2023.
Submissions submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late applications will not be accepted.
The lowest or any submissions may not necessarily be shortlisted.
Any potential respondents canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the EOI process
