Upper Hutt City Council

The Council's current Payroll system is provided through MagiQ, a public sector cloud software solution. The Payroll module of MagiQ is an aging solution that does not meet the New Zealand Holidays Act or the Council's requirements. Due to this, Upper Hutt City Council (UHCC) is looking for a new Payroll solution to transition to.

The Council would also like to take the opportunity to improve its current payroll processes and provide a more modern and user-friendly experience to its staff.

UHCC also strongly prefers that the Proposal provides options to move to a fuller Human Resources Information System (HRIS) / Human Resources Management System (HRMS) / Human Capital Management (HCM) in the future or integrate with such a solution.
