Construction of Stage 2 Of The Aqua Jetty Aquatic Facility

The Works include a new hydrotherapy pool within the new pool hall, a new learn-to-swim pool within the refurbished pool hall, a new pool filtration plant within new and existing plant rooms, a new splash pad, and a modified leisure pool within the existing pool hall, new slide tower water slides and new outdoor amenities building, new outdoor family BBQ playground area, new gymnasium and program studios and service upgrades associated with these works. External works include a new carpark and refurbishment of the existing carpark and extension and resurfacing of existing sports courts.

Two site inspections for the Tender will be held, Site Meeting 1 will commence at 1 pm on Thursday, 14 September 2023; and Site Meeting 2 will commence at 1 pm on Thursday, 21 September 2023. Tenderers must attend one of the Site Meetings, the same information will be discussed at both Site Meetings.

Tenders close at 2 pm on Wednesday, 25 October 2023 at the City's Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham
