Tender Description
The approved ten year property plan has identified a number of roofing improvements to various buildings at the school which includes roof coverings, flashings and spouting renewal.
The contract also includes the installation of an appropriate trafficable and heavy duty polycarbonate translucent roof product.
In some areas timber cladding will require removal and reinstatement to allow the installation of new apron flashings. Any associated building work will need to be remediated and painted on completion.
