To establish a Victorian Dashboard of gender-disaggregated workforce metrics to monitor and benchmark the government’s success in its ongoing pursuit of gender equality objectives, particularly gender pay equity and the gender superannuation gap.
Special requirements
Project requires a university based research team comprising senior academics in Australia who have a strong record of accomplishment in in-depth analyses of total employee earnings and income by state/ territory, gender, industry, occupation and age.
