This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
There is a need to increase TA’s in-house capabilities for BI development and support services to deliver TA’s larger reporting projects.
The successful Vendor will provide dedicated data specialists who will become deeply familiar with TA’s technical environment and data sources and will, over time, deliver against TA’s goals and reporting needs.
The Vendor will maintain and enhance existing data pipelines and reports. The Vendor will provide optimisation recommendations, including data architecture, data processing performance, and infrastructure costs. In consultation with the TA’s internal team, they will deliver larger data projects for new datasets and reports.
The TA data team will manage day-to-day operations and allocation of tasks to the Vendor’s team where possible. There will be several larger projects which may require the support of an external project manager and additional resources based on the nature of the project.
TA requires external support to ensure the data team can scale for project work, address urgent issues in a timely manner, and have SMEs for Finance (Dynamics 365 F&O), Azure infrastructure, and the administration of Power BI.
