Port of Newcastle ("PON") is working in partnership with the Energy Corporation of NSW ("EnergyCo") to determine how best to facilitate the delivery of onshore REZs across the Hunter-Central Coast, Central West, and New England. PON is well-placed to contribute towards the successful delivery of the NSW onshore REZs, specifically in relation to the import and staging of wind turbine componentry and associated construction materials for the onshore REZs (namely by increasing the efficiency of the storage and landside logistics to maximise throughput).

Together with EnergyCo, PON is seeking to conduct a feasibility study with respect to the above. Prior to doing so, EnergyCo and PON are seeking indicative pricing in connection with the feasibility study.
