Scoping details:
The ECMP requires approximately 50 early works accommodation beds on site to complete enabling works and accommodate workers required to construct the Project construction village. The Supplier will be required to supply, install, commission and lease for a period of 6 months a turn key pioneer camp, before decommissioning and removal from site.
Specific Requirements:
The selected Supplier is required to provide:
a) A turnkey ultra-mobile or temporary camp solution
b) 50 rooms
c) Catering production, chiller and freezer storage and dining room facilities
d) Central and ancillary facilities such as gym, wet mess, ablutions and ice room.
e) Utilities for the generation of power, treatment of sewage and processing and storage of potable water
f) Maintenance and utilities operations personnel to sustain the leased infrastructure
g) Display strong performance in regional sub-contracting, supply and employment strategies to maximise local opportunities for the Projects host Shire and surrounding regions.
h) Work closely with ECMP and the Traditional Owners of the land, the Kalkadoon people to maximise opportunities for employment and training development.
i) Comply with all the ECMP policies and regulatory approvals issued, such as the conditions set forth in Environmental Authority EMPL00899613 and its approval for ERA 63 – Sewage Treatment.
j) Undertake the works in accordance with the ECMP Safety and Health Management System and all of its provisions in accordance with the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
k) ECMP will consider the offer of consolidated infrastructure supply, install, lease and maintain along with the facilities catering and soft services supply as a Build Own Operate package.
