Scoping details:
The Scope of Works (SOW) is to provide the Project with Integrated Facilities Management Services (IFMS) to operate and maintain the Village/s and associated facilities and amenities and other Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) supports facilities during the Project period.
Specific Requirements:
The Projects accommodation will peak at 750 beds for a total construction period of 24 months. The 750 beds encompass two villages, being the Construction Village and the Operations Village. The supplier is to provide the services in accordance with the Company’s SOW and specification delivered in such a way that ECMP through the delivery of exceptional IFMS experiences is considered a destination of choice by the labour market servicing the Project construction.
The Supplier is required to mobilise, resource, operate, and maintain the below services for the duration of the Project.
The SOW includes:
a) Village management
b) Travel and accommodation allocation and bookings utilising company supplied travel management software
c) Management and administration of the facilities
d) Commercial Catering
e) Janitorial, housekeeping and hygiene assurance.
f) Groundskeeping and landscaping
g) Health, lifestyle, and recreation coordination
h) Tavern and retail operation
i) Asset management
j) Facilities and utilities trades maintenance
k) Pest and vermin management
l) Waste management
m) Sewage treatment plant operations and maintenance
n) Potable water treatment plant operations and maintenance
o) Power generation (Village only) operations and maintenance
p) Communications and information systems operations and maintenance
q) General logistics
r) Security and asset protection
s) BIBO Transportation; and
t) Personnel logistics management.
u) Provide administrative and reporting deliverables in accordance with good waste management practice around totals and types of waste handled.
v) Display strong performance in regional sub-contracting, supply and employment strategies to maximise local opportunities for the Projects host Shire and surrounding regions.
w) Work closely with ECMP and the Traditional Owners of the land, the Kalkadoon people to maximise opportunities for employment and training development.
x) Undertake the works in accordance with the ECMP Safety and Health Management System and all of its provisions in accordance with the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
