Interested parties are invited to submit Expressions of Interest for consideration by the Sovereign Hill Museum Association (SH), to determine their eligibility to Tender for the forthcoming Cleaning and Housekeeping Services Contract.

The EOI should demonstrate the prospective provider's understanding, capabilities, experience, and desire to deliver quality cleaning and housekeeping services in partnership with SH, and that enhances our visitor's experience in alignment with our values and mission.

The Contract comprises three separate parcels, for which Tenderers will be invited to quote for either or all. These are:

a. Parcel 1: Cleaning Services for the Sovereign Hill outdoor museum, and the Gold Museum building adjacent. Large parcel.

b. Parcel 2: Housekeeping Services for the Sovereign Hill Hotel. Medium parcel.

c. Parcel 3: Cleaning Services for the Confectionary Factory. Very small parcel.

The Contract will commence in early 2024, subject to the procurement process, and will be offered for three (3) years with two options to extend for a further two (2) years by mutual agreement (3+2+2).
