Bimberi Youth Justice Centre (BYJC) is a youth custodial facility managed by the ACT Government through the Community Services Directorate. The Security Officer is the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors and staff entering BYJC and has an integral role in maintaining the safety, security, and customer service features of the Centre.

Industry Briefing and Site Visit

A briefing session will be held at 151 Morisset Road, MITCHELL, ACT, Australia, 2911 on 15 December 2023 12:30 pm.

Notes: The site visit will occur at Bimberi Youth Justice Centre’s front reception area. This is the location where services provided by the contractor will be required. Attendees will have an opportunity to view the front reception area, including the security equipment (metal detector and baggage x-ray), and the expected daily tasks/role of the contractor will be explained. All respondents attending the site visit will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to entering the premises. The confidentiality deed will be handing out on the day.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
