Tender Description
Acceler Project Management are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design & Construction of an 18-x unit social housing project, spread across 4 levels.
To be considered for this EOI you must have:
1. Experience in delivering design & construct Social Housing & Government funded projects
2. Availability to tender the project commencing late October 2023
3. Workforce and training policy (including opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses, services and staff).
4. Safety, Environmental & Quality management systems (prefer 3rd party certified)
5. Recent experience delivering comparable projects preferably on the Sunshine Coast
