Gippsland PHN is seeking a Gippsland based Service Provider to deliver and manage Information Communication Technology (ICT) Services from 1 July 2024 until 30 June 2026, with one option to extend up to 12 months to be offered solely at the discretion of Gippsland PHN, subject to contract performance and other external factors.

Tenderers are required to submit a pricing schedule that includes the following:

- Initial set-up fees, licensing fees, and implementation fees;

- Services that meet the minimum requirements detailed in the Tender Specification and that are clearly allocated throughout the length of the proposed contract term; and

- Schedule of Rates with fixed pricing for optional services such as consultation or other additional services.
