Friends Civil Engineering Pty Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the supply of materials and full construction of an extension to the existing water main in Peter Mills Drive to service allotments on Gilston Road. The total length of the proposed water main is approximately 470m.

All work must be carried out in accordance with all relevant Building, Construction, and Workplace Health and Safety Regulations; CoGC - City Plan V9 Land development guidelines & Standard Specifications and Drawings; and SEQ Water Supply & Sewerage Design & Construction Code and Standard Drawings. The contract is a lump sum contract with no variations claimable by the contractor.
