The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) as Ground Managers of the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) in collaboration with Delaware North as the Hospitality Provider to the MCG, are seeking an end-to-end Point of Sale refresh at the MCG that includes both a hardware and software solution.

The selected Contractor will be expected to work in the spirit of cooperation with the MCC to deliver superior services enhanced by continuous improvement as well as embracing the MCC's culture and values.

The MCC invites suitably experienced Tenderers to consider and respond to the RFT document (MCC Catering point of Sale Request for Tender.docx), supported by:

- Annexure A - Draft Agreement (MCC Catering Point of Sale Draft Agreement.docx)

- System Business Requirements ("MCC Point of Sale System Business requirements.docx") with appendices "MCC Technical and Security Requirements.docx". "ISMS-PO-012 Software Development Policy for Applications.docx" and "MCC Catering Point of Sale Terminal Locations.xlsx"

The MCC will be holding an information session and site visit at the MCG on Tuesday 3rd October at 10am. The MCC Representative will email registered tenderers more details about this session upon registration for the Tender.
