A Planner is required to provide expert planning advice. This advice, together with the deliverables from the reviews undertaken by other consultants engaged in connection with the Property Audit, will inform the options analysis for the properties selected during the desktop due diligence phase, and form the basis of rolling submissions to the Government seeking approval to transfer the most prospective sites to housing delivery agencies.
