Gippsland PHN is seeking one or more experienced providers to deliver the Youth Enhanced Program from 1 January 2024 until 30 June 2025 with the opportunity to extend up to a further 12 months at the sole discretion of Gippsland PHN, subject to contract performance and available funding.

Gippsland PHN's total budget for this procurement, including all expenditure and including but not limited to travel and accommodation, is up to a maximum of $950,000 (exclusive of GST) across the whole of Gippsland for the initial contract period of 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2025.

If an option to extend a contract is made available, at the sole discretion of Gippsland PHN and subject to contract performance and available funding, discussions regarding additional budget for the extension contract period of 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 will occur with successful tenders during the contract management phases.

A non-mandatory online Tenderer Information Session will be held via Zoom at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday 28 September 2023 to discuss the tender specifications and provide an opportunity for tenderers to ask questions. Tenderers should address the evaluation criteria detailed in the RFx Tender Specification document. A completed Application Form, along with any other relevant documentation, must be uploaded to Gippsland PHN's portal by the closing time of 5 PM AEST on Wednesday 11 October 2023.
