The Victoria State Emergency Services (VICSES / Organisation) is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment for its members. These members comprise 5,000 volunteers and 200 employees who are highly skilled, well equipped, trained comprehensively in a wide range of emergency environments.

VICSES provides the State of Victoria with emergency assistance that would be beyond ordinary means if not for our volunteers. To this end, it is imperative that the successful tenderer(s) actively collaborates with VICSES to ensure the best possible outcome for the people of Victoria, our volunteers, and the staff who support them.

The Organisation is seeking responses to this RFT for the provision of Goods and/or Services as outlined in Part A.2 General Specification and Part A.3 Design Clothing and Equipment Specifications.

The intent is to establish a supply agreement over a contracted term of five (5) years with two (2) x two (2) year options to extend.

Mandatory requirements must be met in order to respond to this RFT clause A.1.13.
