The University of Western Australia (UWA) are seeking to enhance its existing crystallization facility. This project requires the purchase of a suite of equipment aimed at state-of-the-art nanoscale crystallization of proteins, biological macromolecules and other water- or lipid-soluble molecules. The University are seeking established, off-the-shelf equipment as used widely in crystallization facilities worldwide. The system should be capable of producing single crystals in the micron-to-millimeter size range, suitable for X-ray crystallographic structure determination. It is crucial that the system should be fully integrated with the University's existing crystallization facility. All of the equipment purchased must utilize the same, common database to ensure no information is lost between one equipment item and another.

Additionally, UWA is seeking to engage the market to discover current industry processes and explore innovative solutions, resulting in a highly developed and tailored outcome for the University`s facility, in accordance with industry standards.
