Crest Project Management, on behalf of its client, The Southport School (TSS) invites suitably qualified and experienced main Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest to Tender for the following construction works:
- New 2 storey Junior Administration building (approx. 700m2)
- New carpark (approx. 2000m2)
Anticipated site start:
December 2023 with completion late 2024
