Council reserves the right to not accept any Tender. In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993 and Tasman Council’s Code for Tenders and Contracts policy, if for any reason, there is a need to alter the tender documentation once it has been issued, an addendum will be sent to all businesses that have been issued with that documentation.
