Peninsula Health is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from vendors who provide Rostering, Time and Attendance Systems.

Peninsula Health currently utilize RosterOn for employee requesting, full electronic leave management, building and maintenance of rosters, deployment of casual and pool staff and generation of transactions for pay based on Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreements. Extensive workforce reporting is generated from RosterOn, in real time. Peninsula Health currently utilize SAP ECC 6 for Masterfile Management, Leave Accrual Management and Payroll.

Peninsula Health has commenced a project to implement SuccessFactors. Employee Central Payroll will be implemented as will the Recruitment, On-boarding, Performance & Goals modules. The RTA system will need to integrate with these platforms.

The system need's to accommodate the following:

•  Employee self service
•  Leave Management
•  Rostering and scheduling of shift workers and non-shift workers
•  Vacancy Management: deployment of casual, pool and permanent employees picking up extra shifts
• Alert and transaction generation for pay based on Victorian Public Sector Health Enterprise Agreements
•  Seamless integration with the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and with the Payroll System
• Workforce data access and reporting

Peninsula Health seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available. This EOI process will be the first stage of a multi stage procurement process.
