ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.
ABOUT THE TENDER: Council needs to engage a suitable contractor to construct the Eldinhope Green Playspace Upgrade as per the design specification.
This will include but not limited to the following:
- Preliminaries
- General Requirements (Environmental Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and Progress Photography and As-Built Plans and Construction Monitoring and Certification by appointment Project Arborist including Site Induction Meeting with Contractor and Council's Arborist.)
- Demolition
- Earthworks
- Stormwater Site/Service Trenching
- Landscape - Walling and Edging
- Landscape - Combined
- Landscape - Furniture and Fixings
- External Sports and Playground Surfacing
- Concrete Pavement
- Hydraulic Design and Install
REGISTRATION: Tender documents must be obtained after registration (see option below).
ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to Council via the online forum (See option below).
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2.00pm on 24 October 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff is unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the Tender. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
