ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.

ABOUT THE TENDER: Council is seeking to select a list of preferred Consultants service providers for Council to select from to carry out consulting services as required by Council. Council will select the list of preferred Consultants based on the best value for money as per the evaluation criteria.

The Consultancy services in this contract comprise of services to be utilised across all asset classes across Council. Asset classes such as Open Space, Engineering, Traffic, Building and Environmental.

The Consultancy services are to be carried out at for consultancy in the Ku-ring-gai Council Area for a three (3) year period with a possible extension of two (2) by one (1) year extensions at the sole discretion of Council.

The Schedule of Rates will provide a list of preferred consultants for Council to select from to carry out the various consultancy services as required by Council.

The works are to be undertaken in accordance with current Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and all other relevant codes and legislation
