Copper String 2023 is undertaking a market evaluation to identify suitably capable, qualified local and regional businesses that have the ability to provide Labour Hire and recruitment Services.
Labour Hire & Recruitment Services (SMP, E&I, Trades & Project Professionals)
• Includes Labour Hire for Structural Mechanical Piping (SMP), Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I), Construction and Trades. Executive Search, Recruitment Consultants and Workforce Australia providers.
• Aboriginal employment providers and providers of social employment services. Veteran outplacement and support.
• Recruit project personnel for site.
• Pre-screen project personnel for site.
• Solicit any necessary pre-clearance checks ready for site attendance (e.g., medicals, drug testing, alcohol testing).
• Manage any lodgements of labour agreements and 482 Visas.
