Covalent Lithium invites expressions of interest (EOI) from companies experienced in the Mine Site and Road maintenance activities & DMS Waste Removal as per below scope requirements.

SPECIFIC SCOPE REQUIREMENTS:

To provide General Site and Road Maintenance activities & DMS Waste Removal located at Mt Holland Mine Site.

Covalent Lithium may award the following scope as Master Services Contract:

• DMS (Dense Media Separation Waste) REJECTS REMOVAL:

1200 tonne per 24/hour period.

Haulage distance is approx. 1.2km each way from stockpile to waste dump.

Feed will likely be inconsistent, and the assigned fleet and workforce will be moved on to other general work/road maintenance on other areas of the project whilst DMS circuit is not running.

• General Road & Site Maintenance:

This will consist of general site upkeep/maintenance/repair around the Concentrator/Warehouse/Village with occasional small projects, as they appear, to be undertaken as well. The Contractor personnel may also be required to assist with labour orientated tasks like Traffic Management installation/Dewatering activities etc.)

• Prefer day works roster operation only. Will be determined once running DMS full time. Roster 2 week on/ 2 week off with 2 panels rotating.

• PERSONNEL – (per swing) 10 Personnel per panel:

• 1 x Supervisor
• 3 x DT Operators
• 1 x Loader operator
• 1 x Dozer & Digger Operator (to operate both machines as required)
• 2 x Water Cart/Grader/Roller/Bobcat Operators (to operate any of the listed machines as required)
• 1 x Fitter
• 1 x Safety & Training

• PLANT & FACILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 x D8 Dozer GPS
• 1 x 980 Loader
• 1 x 30-50 Tonne Excavator GPS
• 3 x 740 Articulated dump Truck
