VicTrack has released a Request for Tender (RFT) for suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver Little River Station Building Refurbishment Works.

1. Avetta registration

Tenderers are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution (not required for tender submissions). Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.

2. Site Visit

Site visit is higly reccomended for this project. Please find site visit details in RFT - Part B Conditions of Tendering Annexure A Tender Particulars. Site visit registrations must be submitted via Buying for Victoria portal before 5 PM Friday 6 October 2023.

3. LIDP

Please note that LIDP Contestable outcome letter for LIDP tender submissions will be issued via Tender Addendum.

4. Tender Submission

Site Visit

A briefing session will be held at Little River Station, Little River, Victoria, Australia, 3211 on 10 October 2023 05:00 pm.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
