Tender Description
Toowoomba Grammar School invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Head Contractors for early contractor involvement in the detailed design of the proposed 4-storey Technology and Innovation Centre at the campus in East Toowoomba, Queensland.
Tenders will be issued in late October 2023 and will close in January 2024. Detailed design work is expected to commence in February 2024. Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, including the value of and references for these projects, and current capacity.
