Tender Description
The Victorian Government is committed to reducing ambulance response times and improving the way the service interacts with the rest of the health system. The Victorian Government is working closely with Ambulance Victoria (AV) to modernise, rebuild and upgrade outdated ambulance stations and vehicles across the state to provide better working conditions for paramedics and faster emergency healthcare for patients.
The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) manages or assists in the development of capital projects to support the delivery of health services. VHBA is looking to standardise the delivery of funded Ambulance Victoria Branches.
This tender relates to the Main Works Package for the Bentleigh East Ambulance Station site.
The scope of these projects include:
- Mobilisation and site establishment
- Building works including structure, windows, façade and internal fit-out works
- External works including landscaping and associated car parking
- Commissioning and handover
