Request for Information
The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced vendors to deliver and implement a new Corruption Investigations Case Management System (CICMS).
The Customer (CCC) has issued this Request for Information with the objectives of:
- Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of corruption investigations.
- Introducing greater visibility and transparency over corruption investigations.
- Improved reporting outputs including standard, custom and ad hoc reports.
- Greater integration with other systems such as the CCC’s eDRMS, Microsoft Office suite and the data warehouse.
- Improving workflows, automation and approval processes.
- Greater accountability and auditability of corruption investigations
- Improved evidence-based decision making.
