Easts Rugby Union Inc. are calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of proposed changerooms and facilities upgrade in Norman Park, Queensland.
The scope of works for the proposed changerooms and facilities upgrade at Easts Rugby Union Club entails the internal demolition and soft strip of the ground floor of the clubhouse with new changerooms, amenities and a first aid room to be constructed on the ground floor of the existing building including any associated services works. Whilst the construction will take place during the off-season, the upper level of the clubhouse and surrounding external space may be used throughout the duration of the build. Consequently, safe access routes may need to be arranged to work around the live working environment. Works are to be completed by April 2024.
Tender Submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders Licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Adequate Professional Indemnity Insurance
