Tender Description
Murdoch University is seeking to maximise the Development yield with an indicative gross floor area goal of between 20,000m2 and 30,000m2 subject to regulatory approvals and based upon market conditions. Murdoch University will contract with a financier/developer, which may be in the form of a consortium, (Developer) to finance, design, construct, own and operate the Development under a Build Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT) project delivery method in exchange for an agreed concession period from Murdoch University.
