Tender Description
Coast2Bay Housing Group are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design and construction of duplexes and small multiple-dwelling projects for domestic and family violence emergency accommodation.
To be considered for this EOI you must have:
1. Experience in delivering small-scale design & construct of Social Housing and/or Government funded projects
2. Availability to deliver projects in FY24 and FY25
3. Safety, Environmental and quality management systems (prefer 3rd party certified)
4. Recent experience delivering comparable projects preferably on the Sunshine Coast and/or Noosa
5. Example duplex and/or triplex designs.
