Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified builders wishing to be shortlisted to tender on the construction of two buildings at Noosa Pengari Steiner School. Tender documents will be available end of October for a 4-week tender period, with construction to begin in January 2024.

The project consists of:

•  New administration building immediately adjoining existing building by way of a new covered deck.
•  Renovation of the existing administration building (adapted Queenslander) to create a new library.
•  Internal renovations to the existing staff work room.
•  Demolition of existing toilet block and nearby relocation of small modular building.
• Two new classrooms and an outdoor covered area.
•  The administration building is suspended timber framing, classroom building is SOG.
•  Buildings are generally timber superstructure with lightweight cladding.
