Tender Description
Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for the new build and refurbishments at the Star of the Sea, Merrimac.
The project consists of demolition and refurbishments to block B and C, a new administration building and a new learning centre.
The Contractor is to have capacity for construction throughout 2023-2024.
This project has an approximate value of $8.5-10 million.
A tender panel will be selected from the names registered, capability statements and relevant experience should be submitted by 21 October 2023 in writing to: superintendent@bne.catholic.net.au
