The School is planning major construction and redevelopment works to provide new Primary school spaces and specialist high school facilities. The project value is around $14m.

EOI submissions will be considered on the following criteria:

• Your current capacity and resources to undertake the works,

• Experience of the key nominated staff who would be involved.

Your previous experience in working on school projects of similar size and complexity.

• Demonstrated capacity to complete projects of this value and scope and using a traditional lump sum contract procurement model.

• Suitable references & referees

Contractors interested in being considered to tender on this project are invited to register their interest in writing by no later than 5pm on 27th October, 2023.
