Scope of Works:
Design and early procurement of long lead items, with gantries to be installed just prior to commencement of Stage 2 Main Works. Includes design and site validation of foundation design for gantries & hoardings.
Project Summary:
The Queensland Government, through Queensland Health Capital Division (HCD) have appointed John Holland Queensland Pty Ltd (John Holland) under a Managing Contract - Design and Construction Management, to perform the design, construction, commissioning, and completion of the Princess Alexandra Hospital Expansion, whereby John Holland will be performing design development activities until approximately mid 2024 before submitting a final offer to HCD to commence the Construction Works.
