Scope of Works:
The Site Survey package will be a supplement to the Site Survey information scope awarded during Stage 1 Design and will include:
• Topographical survey.
• Setting up grids & RL’s.
Trimble and topographical benchmarks
Project Summary :
The Queensland Government, through Queensland Health Capital Division (HCD) have appointed John Holland Queensland Pty Ltd (John Holland) under a Managing Contract - Design and Construction Management, to perform the design, construction, commissioning, and completion of the Princess Alexandra Hospital Expansion, whereby John Holland will be performing design development activities until approximately mid 2024 before submitting a final offer to HCD to commence the Construction Works
