The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA), on behalf of the Department of Health (Principal), seeks to obtain responses to an Expression of Interest (EOI) from experienced and capable contractors interested in performing the role of Fixed Price Lump Sum Contractor (Contractor) for the construction and building commissioning of a new Ambulance Branch site in Bentleigh East
Construction of a new ambulance station at Bentleigh East. Works include:
- Demolition and reconfiguration of existing carparking and access ways
- Construction of a new 4 bay, 4 bed ambulance station with associated dedicated car
