The National Library of Australia makes extensive use of Google’s Universal Analytics – Google Analytics (GA) – across its digital products and services. Google has announced their plan replace Universal Analytics with Google Analytics 4. We have successfully configured Google Analytics 4 for most of our websites and online applications. We have a requirement to configure Google Analytics 4 for our flagship digital library product– Trove.
