Tenant Beer Deluxe Roof replacement.

Melbourne Arts Precinct Corporation (MAP Co) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to replace the deteriorated zinc roof above the tenancy named Beer Deluxe and install new associated gutters and skylight.

7 Works (Clause 19.1)

The project involves the following tasks:

• Replacement of the existing zinc roofing sheeting and the installation of a new glazed skylight at the annex extension.

• The project includes demolishing the current roofing materials and structures, as well as preparing and installing new roofing and skylight components.
