The Economic Regulation Authority (Customer) is seeking a consultant to provide technical advice on capital and operating expenditure evaluations and other matters to assist with the assessment of proposed revisions to the access arrangement for the Goldfields Gas Pipeline (GGP).  The Customer's assessment will commence once the GGP service provider, Goldfields Gas Transmission Pty Ltd (GGT), submits its revised access arrangement proposal to the Customer. 

The Contractor will be required to have a detailed understanding of industry best practices, applicable legislation, precedents relevant to regulated energy infrastructure in Australia and elsewhere.
