VicTrack has released a Request for Tender (RFT) for suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver Lal Lal Station Building Refurbishment Works.

1. Avetta registration

Tenderers are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution (not required for tender submisssion). Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.

2. Site Visit

Site visit is highly recommended for this project. Please find site visit details in RFT - Part B Conditions of Tendering Annexure A Tender Particulars. Site visit registrations must be submitted via tendering portal before 5 PM Wednesday 1 November 2023.

Please note that any questions regarding this tender must be raised through Buying for Victoria e-Forum.

3. LIDP

Please note that the LIDP Contestable outcome letter for LIDP tender submissions will be issued via Tender Addendum.

4. Rail Accreditations

RIW rail accreditation is preferred but not mandatory for this tender.

A briefing session will be held at 5 Eaglesons Road, Lal Lal, Victoria, Australia, 3352 on 2 November 2023 at 01:00 pm.

A site visit is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
