VicHealth is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) [PRD-01588] for the provision of event management services, to support VicHealth in delivering a range of events including conferences, workshops, launches, and public activations.

VicHealth is seeking to appoint a panel of approximately 5-10 providers to deliver event management services. Successful organisations will be contacted via a Standing Offer Agreement in the form of the proposed contract in Part C and are eligible for project work during the period 2024-2027.

The initial term of the new contract arrangement is three years, with the option to extend for a further two years at the discretion of VicHealth. It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 31 January 2024.
