This Event Marquee & Infrastructure Services description of services/scope of works has been developed for the successful tenderers to provide MAP Co event marquees and infrastructure which is acceptable for high-profile public space and service areas located within and at Federation Square.

The objective of the Event Marquee and Infrastructure Services tender is to ensure all temporary infrastructure provided by the successful tenderers is in accordance with relevant AS/NZ Standards, Legislation and Building Codes, and other relevant specifications, to minimise faults, damage, and breakages.

The tenderers have a vital role in identifying equipment-related issues that could have a potential negative impact on operations and notify the Designated Representative of any discrepancy.

The tenderer's expertise is essential to enable the Designated Representative to make decisions, optimising use, and reduce running costs without any compromise to any events, etc.

Whenever equipment is out of service or not available the successful tenderers will provide any resource/s required and material/s deemed necessary to return the equipment to normal service expeditiously to maintain MAP Co requirements.
