We are currently seeking expressions of interest from tiling businesses (must hold an ACN) to work on the Department of Communities, Housing Maintenance Contract.

Please note that to work for Downer on this contract there are some mandatory requirements that you must meet.

These are :

• Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of $20,000,000
• Workers Compensation to the value of $50,000,000
• Motor vehicle insurance must be 3rd party at a minimum
• A Safety Management Plan approved by Downer
