Wellbeing Services
Increasing Oranga for current and future generations is Inland Revenue's aspiration. This gives us an encompassing perspective on how we can contribute to wellbeing now and in the future. This also provides an opportunity for us to look at supporting people with Oranga whānau (supporting the collective wellbeing of a family) and Oranga tāngata (that supports a person/people's holistic wellbeing), which is complimentary to Tā Mason Duries framework Te Whare Tapa whā allowing for an Indigenous approach that targets wellbeing for all.
Inland Revenue (IR) is seeking information on the following Wellbeing products and/or services:
1. Employee Assistance Programme;
2. Mental Health Training for Leaders (which could also be used by others in IR where appropriate); and
3. Wellbeing platform/tool which can be utilised by IR people to assist with their wellbeing.
We are keen to hear from Respondents that can deliver any or all of the above products and/or services.
Note: IR is not seeking new services, IR’s existing products and/or services are coming up to their final expiry and IR is keen to understand what products and/or services are available in the market before running an RFP process 2024.
